Description
This project involved new construction, site selection, feasibility study, lease review/work letter input administration, input to developer budget, coordination of project team, construction oversight and project close-out and turn-over inclusive of staff training.
NorthStar worked together with the developer and developer's design team on behalf of the end user to ensure the lease requirements were adhered; also coordinated with the Philadelphia Street Department, state funding and DRPA.
