Description
Long Island, NY project included the replacement of windows in an occupied building, a new EIFS external skin, and roof replacement.
Cost Estimating services for existing Brandywine facilities undergoing additions (Dresher, Middlebrook, Moorestown) and newly planned facilities (Collegeville, Newtown Square, Voorhees).
Fenwick Island, DE included peer review, conceptual cost estimating, owners representation, project management, and voice, data, audio, cable oversight, and kitchen equipment and pool equipment installation.
